By California State Law, we tattoo anyone as young as 18 years old (With photo i.d.) & can Pierce anyone as young as 16 years of age. You must have proper photo I.D. when getting these services. If you are under 18 years of age, and want to get a Body Piercing, you must not be younger than 16 years of age, must present any type of photo i.d. (student i.d., passport, disney card, california i.d., state i.d., etc.) -with proof of age and have a Parent present with VALID PHOTO I.D. -NO EXCEPTIONS ! !
