I called in, had a few questions about wanting a custom cake. The lady that answered sooo rude, made me feel rushed and just told me that she's never made a certain type of cake I wanted before in the rudest way. She stayed quiet and didn't offer anything else or other ideas, I just hung up. What kind of way of running a business is that?!
