Bought my wife’s engagement and wedding ring there. They gave me a great deal for both rings. Also the wedding band got damaged and gave me a great price to fix it and were really fast to fix it.

These people debit your account for money that is not owed! And there jewelry is trash!

DO NOT buy a ring from here, they are very poorly made, I got my wedding band and engagement ring from them and after 3 weeks of being married I had already lost a diamond in my band. When I went to get it fixed they replaced it with a smaller diamond! It was obvious to the naked eye so I had to send it in AGAIN to get that replaced correctly. Every time I bring it in to get cleaned there are multiple loose stones and it's ridiculous because they only let you have a 2 year warranty and you are required to bring it in every 3 months for inspections. Having so many issues with their jewelry you'd think they would at least be willing to offer a lifetime warranty!!!!



This whole time I have been trying to communicate back and forth with the store and they never know what they are talking about, I have never gotten a helpful answer from them and they act like they don't care. They provide the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We had my ring remade (hoping it was just sized wrong) and when we went to pick it up we expected the warranty to be renewed since it is a new ring. They said that did not matter so we waited for the manager. He did not acknowledge us for 40 minutes!!!!! No one in the store was helpful while we waited either.



We will never go back or recommend Kevin Jewelers to anyone. They are HORRIBLE!

Kevin Jewelers is very talented at creating fine jewelry. I saw a ring they created for my friend and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. They have amazing taste and know exactly what their clients’ needs are.

The pricing was 15% to 30% lower than several highly advertised jewelers on comparable quality. The store manager was excellent in honing into a 1/2 carat diamond that was perfect for a Valentine’s gift. In the process they educated me about diamond rating. A Very Satisfied Customer!!!
