I have had the privilege of being a licensed Realtor since 1990. I have extensive knowledge of selling homes and apply many years of experience to making a smooth transaction.  I have worked with traditional sellers and banks selling their REO properties.  I have closed over 200 homes in the last 2 years.  As a Realtor, I highly value honesty, integrity and the trust my clients have in me to guide them through the home buying and selling process.  I am always striving to put their needs above my own, and in doing so, have had many clients refer their friends and family which has helped me to consistently grow my business.    I am a top producer in my local office and am in the top 1% of all agents in our area.   Many of my clients have written me letters upon the close of escrow and have given me very positive feedback about the entire process.  That is my goal and that is what makes my job fun.  I also have a team of people around me to ensure that the whole process runs very smoothly so I can focus on my clients because they are the most important part of my business.
