Recently, my wife and I employed Roy Nelson for a dual transaction, the sale of our home and the purchase of a new house. Firstly, my wife and I have no experience in real estate, so the task was daunting to say the least. Thankfully, Roy is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, but most importantly a true advocate of his customer; he consulted us throughout the entire process of selling and buying; he was tansparent with every item, extremely helpful, patient, and above all else, kept our best interests at the forefront. Because of this, my wife and I sold our home, and managed to purchase our dream home! We are extemely happy and satisfied with the services that Roy provided. We trust Roy and would work with him in the future, as well as recommend him to our family and friends. Lastly, I'd like to note that if you've ever served in the military or worked as a civil servant, Roy donates a portion of his commissions back to you. It's his way of giving back.
