I am not sure what I am doing wrong that I provided my review two times already but still can't seem to find it anywhere. This will be the third time I am adding my review. I wanted the readers to know the quality work that New Touch Reglaze did on my second floor bathroom tub that had a 2 inches crack in the floor of the tub. Rigo came over, checked the problem and the soft spot around the crack, gave a thorough description of the procedure to use to fix the problem and on top of that his quote was much more reasonable than three other vendors That came before him and were going to do a repair work that i didn't feel comfortable with. Rigo came the second visit, did exactly what he promised he was going to do, and after the repair work was done and the floor of the tub was dry enough, Rigo gave the floor a new fresh paint coat with a nice design to it that looked like a nonslippery tub mat. I definitely recommend this vendor with this very professional worker Rigo to anyone who wants a repair job to be done perfect. Thank you Rigo for such an excellent job.

I want to respond to the comment made by DMS92374. You state that New Touch Reglaze took 3 weeks and were not yet done on a job you requested. I want everyone out there to take a look at " READ ALL REVIEWS BY DMS92374" you'll notice the this is someone who probably does refinishing work themselves and is out to make other companies who do this look bad. DMS92374 has posted negative comments on ALL REFINISHINGS COMPANIES in the IE! Some of the comments are even repeated under different companies. HOW DARE YOU do this to others! You're probable just angry at the fact that there are other companies that are efficient at what they do and can run a business without problems and here you are trying to give them a bad name. You should quit the business because losers like you provide honest companies a bad name!! LUCKY for you I'm one of those clients that did not go off of what you wrote, I had New Touch Reglaze come out to reinforce and refinish a fiberglass tub for me. I'm amazed at the professionalism/knowledge of the tech and the beautiful job that was done. I highly recommend New Touch Reglaze.
