I worked for this company, and it’s awful. They have limited training, limited support, almost no communication with the RTs when there is any type of issue.
And to top it off, I still have not gotten my last pay check. (It’s been over 2 months) They give you the run around for anything and everything.
I Absolutely do not recommend them for anything.

This company only cares about billing the insurance. The RT was new and somewhat knowledgable and tried to help me with my exercises. Thank goodness I have a great Pulmonologist who recommended a better company that actually is passionate about patient care. My doctor told me the owner for Pacific Pulmonary Care is just about business and he has people running his company for him which means he's actually not involved in anything. I noticed the RT wasn't very happy with the job because they would expect them to work Monday-Friday driving far distance for only a short fee and they don't even help pay for gas or mileage which I thought was ridiculous. (Especially when I what they are charging my medicare every visit.) If you or your family needs a home health RT go with Grape vine home health their service is much better and the owner makes personal check ups and evaluations to make sure the service is the best, unlike this company that doesn't care about their patients.
