Provided by YP.comI've been coming here for 23, but after this last experience I'll never come here again! I brought my family here for family pictures after my youngest was born, and it's been 2 1/2 months since then, and I'm still waiting for all of my order to come in! It has been ordered wrong multiple times, and instead of being on top of it, and making sure that the problem is corrected, I keep having to call them week after week to see if it's come in yet, usually just to get some excuse about how someone failed to place the order (again), or how they're really busy, or how "it'll be here sometime next week". I almost got excited 2 weeks ago when I received a phone call saying that my "correct" order was finally in, but when I went in to pick it up it was completely wrong! Wrong prints, wrong sizes, and some prints were missing completely. Once again, I got an excuse as to how it was somebody else's fault, and was told it would be corrected, and would be ready in... you guessed it... one week. A week and a half later I called and got some confused response saying "your order was wrong? Hmm... I don't see anything that could be yours around here. Let me find out what's going on, and I'll call you back." Hello!!! Of course my order is screwed up! You should know this by now with how often I've been calling, and a week ago you told me it would be ready by now. What is going on??? So finally, again, I called them today, and got no response (again), but this time I got a call back saying that part of my missing items were ordered TWO DAYS AGO, and the others would be ordered TODAY!!! It's been 11 days since I last went in to pick up my "corrected" order, and was told that they would be ordered then, and be ready in one week. Now I'm finding out that the order wasn't placed until TWO DAYS AGO when I called (again) to find out what the hell was going on??? On top of that, I have not received one apology for the inconvenience. Nothing but an attitude as if I am the one inconveniencing them. Seriously!? I spent $350 on this damned order 2 1/2 months ago, and I've been getting the run around ever since, with nobody keeping up on trying to fix the situation, and they have the nerve to get short with me over this? Here's a tip... you can start with an apology, and then maybe do something to right the situation. Not that I'd EVER go back again, but a good business would at least offer to make up for the HUGE hassle that this experience has been. After 23 years of my family's business we will never go back there again. Not only that, I've never written a bad review about any business before, but this experience has been so bad that I believe everyone needs to be told to go else where. I'm still waiting on my corrected order. HOPEFULLY, and I'm not holding my breath on this one, it will be here next week as promised (again). If so, I really hope it's the right prints and sizes this time, otherwise I'm really going to loose it!!!!
