Brake and service

I took my vehicle in for break service. I had to take it back 2 time and they were never done right. I dropped my vehicle off again when they opened at 8am. Came back 7 hours later and my vehicle was sitting in the same spot where I left it. I checked and there were cars getting fixed that wasn't there when I dropped off my car. I do not recommend Riverside Car Clinic to anyone. Thank you

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!

My family has been coming here since, well, I don't even know when. The service here has ALWAYS been fantastic. Each of the mechanics' knowledge and ability is out of this world. Not only do they work well, but they actually care about ethics. With as many businesses willing to screw with your money, this is NOT one of them. I repeat: this is NOT one of them. :) Bruce runs a fantastic shop!

I recommend this car shop to anyone and everyone who needs simple maintenance, tune ups, whatever. They are also very knowledgable about outside resources, such as other shops and when places such as Auto Zone have deals.

I'm always so pleased when I come here.

I have been going to this shop for about 7 years. The owner is one of the most honest mechanics I have met. I dont go anywhere else as the prices are fair and the work is good quality. I have never had anything but great experiences.

Over-filled my oil and damaged my car

This service shop is a never-go-to-again place for me. I went there for oil change. And they over filled it. I had to find another shop and spend 50 bucks to lower the oil level to normal.

The workers there were friendly. But their boss, well, he seems only interested in the money in your pocket.

Actually NO stars

i went in because i was recommended where i get my oil changed (thinking that was a good idea since i trust THEM)...Not a good idea at all!!! The part i need was $30...They quoted me $600 total for labor as well but said they didn't get to me that day so i made an appointment...i decided to call around and called the place (Meineke on VanBuren) that did my brakes and they quoted me $250!!! The part is fixed and i will NEVER return to Riverside Car Clinic!!!

Needed car repaired. Went to s...

Needed car repaired. Went to see how much it would cost to have repaired. Bruce Bachman (owner) quoted me $50.00. I said it was a deal and had them start the work on my vehicle. They said it would take 30min to do the work. 2 hours later. ( because all the workers stand around and talk when the owner isnt looking.) I was told my car was ready and to come pay. I go in and am told the amount to pay which is higher then the price given in the quote. I ask what was going on. And they said they had to walk acrossed the street to get a part. I went ahead and paid but told the person behind the counter. I was going to make sure other customers knew of the fraud they were commiting. I was told to get out of the office. I now recieved a letter from the owner. Stating a new part would cost 414.00 and I should be lucky they could fix the old one! It wasnt me that quoted the price of the repair. By law, they have to stick to the price they quote. I am sorry if Bruce feels he doesnt have to obey the laws like every other American. Bruce has asked in the letter that I dont return to his company for repairs. He doesnt have to worry about it. Because to have to wait for 2 hours for a 30 minute job. And to be over charged for his mistakes or miscaculations is rediculous. He needs to run a business like honest business owners. This is my opinion. and everyone has a right to make there own opinions. Good Luck

Mr. Riggs, Lets tell the whole story. It to longer to fix your car because we had to drill and tap your oil pan drain two sizes larger in order to save you the cost of replacing the complete oil pan assy ( of which, we did not ask you to pay any addtional labor charges). The fraudelent amount we overcharged you was 3.99 for the oversize drain plug we had to walk across the street and purchase from O'Reilly auto parts. You also forgot to mention that in the letter I sent you asking you not to return to my shop in the future included a check made out to you for the cost of the drain plug.
