In service since 1883, Riverside City Attorney s Office is one of the departments of the City government of Riverside in California. The department is responsible for providing legal advice, legal representation and other legal services to the City Council and all City officers/employees in matters related to their offices. Additionally, it prepares all proposed ordinances, resolutions and related amendments for the City. Besides this, the department acts as a general counsel to the redevelopment agency.
