A few months ago I wrote a horrible review about this company. I promised I would never ever go back to this place but they still had to fix my car seat belts and they already ordered them to replace them. I said fine. I was approached by a very handsome sales guy who greeted me with a smile. Everyone was extra friendly on this day. The service was very quick and the auto tech came out and told me the seat belts will work better in a few days. The sale guy asked if I would remove the bad review because I had great service this day. It seemed like everyone knew me as the "Bad Reviewer" It's been three weeks now and guess what "They still don't Work!" The new staff is friendly and the customer service lady(Yolanda) is nice and they had great coffee But none of that matters when I'm still rolling around with non working seatbelts. I guess the best part is.... I don't have to deal with this dealership anymore. They get one star from me because of the handsome sales guy.

He made me feel comfortable and told me that they specialize In Luxury cars. so I stopped by test drove a few cars and the rest is history Im the proud Owner of A 2009 C350 I recommend ! they gave me a good deal.

Don't trust this place. I took $3000 for a down payment. They took the money and couldnt get financed. We already had the car. They stole our car from us and called it a repo. I had to call the cops down there and the manager Frank hid in the back room They are now trying to keep my money. We are going to court and after civil we begin the criminal part because they forged records and lied to finance companies. Not to mention. .. they stole a car. These people are unbelievably crooked. The guys in the back walk around smelling like weed. The workers are crooks. Its unbelievable. They have cars they way overcharge for because they just threaten to ruin your god credit if you don't abide by their tricks. Don't waste your time or your money.Go somewhere else.

Great dealership, they have very nice cars right of the freeway so you cant miss them.at first i thought they were to expencive but little did i know i'd be driving my bad as$ car home.thanks junior you gave me a hell of a deal and all the guys at Rpm for making my car buying experience the greatest, im recomending you to everybody.

i was driving on the 215/91 fwy around 4:30pm and of course there was traffic. i ended up looking over at RPM and noticed a nice BMW 750 there, so i exited Center st and went to look at it. i was there just to browse, but i ended up buying the BMW. The salesman was great, didnt pressure me at all. The whole transaction took about 45 mins. i ended up trading my honda accord in too. i just wanna thank the whole staff at RPM FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
