For years Ive trusted Bob Hammack to do my taxes and a fine job he did for all the years. now the business has been sold to a Barry Glover who has my 2017 taxes in his possession. I had to move out of state and trusted him to be professional and help me. im very disappointed with his lack of taking care of my taxes. my taxes are fairly complicated and for some reason he has made severe errors in my state return and its cost me over $3500 in penalty's and interest. ive tried all methods of communication to reach him but he refuses to contact me.
I paid him for his services on 19 October and he has yet returned all my source documents nor the completed returns. im contacting the Franchise tax board now to report this.. *** BEWARE***
