I like Sam’s for the App that I can use to scan as I shop and to check out on my own. Works every time and saves me a lot of time.

Ever since they got rid of the old manager the store is going down hill fast. Theres no one there, which leads to no one being able to help you let alone know what there talking about. I asked one of the clerks in photo about prices they informed me this isnt there area shes trying to help since the other girl i guess left.. checkout is ridiculous and i probably wont renew my membership.

I was at the self-checkout kiosk it wasn't working I had already bring up my items the cashier was trying to help me she asked 3 people that walk by for help everybody ignored her her name was kadahy or something I'm very upset I had to walk out I was running late I left my groceries so upset that nobody would listen to her everybody just kept walking by I think I'm ready to switch back to Costco

The check out clerk at the pharmacy has no personality. She was rude and unprofessional. Very much disliked her.
