Provided by YPmobileI got extremely ill and had to be rushed to ER after eating carne asada nachos with everything. The salsa might have been bad too. I was throwing up for 6 hrs and started convulsing. I lost consciousness and woke up in a hospital. Kidneys almost quit. I am 39 yrs old and healthy. DONT EAT HERE!
