On April 2011 I decided to get...

On April 2011 I decided to get new glasses for existing frame purchased at different Sears location a week prior. I waited two long weeks, no phone calls from Sears Optical and decided to headed to the location to pick up my glasses. The clumpsy sales representative decided to mishandled the glasses and broke them apart, no apologies offered and requested me to come back in a week. One more time, no phone calls from Sears Optical and I decided to go to the store to pick up the glasses. At this time, the sales representative decided to use heat from a cigarette lighter to fix the problem with the glasses coming out of the frame which I did not mind at all. Now, I have to go back and explained that the frame have bubbles from the heat and to fix them. Again, another two weeks with no glasses. No courtesy from Sears Optical representatives what-so-ever. I can only hope that they go out-of-business for not caring for their customers or their expensive eyewear. Beware!
