As for the care you receive as a patient, it is simply outstanding. I have very sensitive teeth, a phobia about going to the dentist, and have had many problems over the years (I've needed crowns, fillings, root canals, bridges, periodontal treatment, etc.) and they have all been handled with the utmost care for my comfort and the long-term health of my teeth and gums

I had been going to him for close to 20 years; most of the staff has been there during all that time. Your staff will make or break you, and he seems to know that and takes good care of them, and they take good care of him and his patients.

When something is beyond Dr. Johnson's expertise, he refers his patients to the best specialists in the area who provide the same exceptional care and service. My husband and children have gone to Dr. Johnson as well and they have all had great experiences and love Dr. Johnson. After moving out of state, I actually made an appointment during a return visit to Riverside so that my husband and I could have our cleanings and exams by our beloved Dr. J

No one will ever take the place of Dr. Johnson. You couldn't do any better if you are looking for a gentle, professional, kindly dentist and a friendly, professional, and efficient front- and back-office staff. I recommend Dr. Johnson without reservation.

I always enjoy my visits to Dr. Johnson. He has been my dentist for a long time, and I stayed with him even when my job moved and his office location was inconvenient for me. I find him to be thorough, personable and honest. He never recommends work that I do not require. His work and the work of those in his office is always top-notch.

I requested an emergency visit and was given an appointment for the same day. The dentist and office personal explained my options clearly and were very courteous. I have recommended this office to several coworkers.

Groupon. Came here before vacation. Had a good experience. X-rays and cleaning by dental hygienist. She was friendly and informative. Will be coming back for a dreaded scaling/ cleaning. Felt comfortable.

Office was absolutely the best! The water during teeth cleaning was the perfect temperature for my sensitive teeth

As always, I had a very pleasant visit at Dr. Johnson's office. The front desk staff is so kind, helpful & make everything so simple, no drama. The dental assistants are always very professional & thorough in my procedures. Dr. Johnson as always, very friendly, engaging & an extraordinary dentist. I would recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for a pleasant, thorough & very professional dentist office!

I am writing this review today because I miss my dentist... and I hate going to the dentist! But Dr. Johnson is different. He and his staff have my undying love and affection for the care they provide.

I don't know what the other two reviewers are talking about. They sound like Pre-Madonnas to me.

I've been seeing Dr. Johnson and his other doctors for years and would not change a thing. He is always using the latest technology and will always make sure you are given the best care. As for bed side manner, he tells you if you have horrible teeth whether you like it or not. He gives it to you straight! If you have bad teeth, he's going to tell you, and not try to fluff it up like the other two reviewers seem to care a lot about. My guess is they have pretty bad teeth.

On top of all his kind and hard work and giving me the exact smile I've always wanted, he has often given free cleanings and cavity fillings.

Do yourself a favor and completely ignore the other two reviews.

I would say he is easily the best dentist I have ever had,he is a caring and attentive dentist who does beautiful work. My teeth look wonderful! The office is run by a staff who are polite and accommodating and always super nice to deal with.

If you're a Dentist hater, I'm sure you have your reasons, and yet I'll bet it's not actually dentists you hate. It's all the stuff a dentist does that creeps you out - the drilling, filling, and billing parts.

Who can blame you for that? A dental chair can combine the sum of all fears... with pain, needles, doctors, confined-spaces, loud noises.

It's no big surprise so many people hate going to the dentist.

Being afraid of the dentist means different things to different people. Maybe it's the thought that treatment will hurt, or that the sounds and smells bring back memories of bad experiences as a child.

The good news is that Dr. Steven Scott understand his patients' fears. I interviewed Steven and his staff three times before I sat in his chair, and to be completely honest, the first time I was so scared. But with a combination of kindness and gentleness he can do a lot to make dental treatment stress free. I have been his patient end for over 3 years, and I'm coming up to being completely finished with my treatment plan. He and his staff are the best in the business. You can get an appointment at 6am or 7pm Mon -Wed. The chairs he has are the top of the line. He has tvs in all the ceilings too. And the high tech full X-ray machine is just awesome. He and his team really work with their patients so you can fully understand what it's going. To cost before you do it. He also takes just about every insurance.

I strongly recommend Steven Scott and his team for all your dental needs. Tell them Chef Marc Sent you.
