Superior Concrete did our cantilevered pool deck and spa cap in 2006. This is what it looks like after 11 years. After many emails and phone messages Kelly agreed to fix it - at our expense. We finally signed an agreement for them to repair it on December 19, 2017 and we are still waiting.

They are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service - they never return emails or phone calls and then make promises they do not keep.

If you are considering them for your pool project I suggest you think twice.

I signed a contract one month ago to have a concrete gas firepit installed. I've called and emailed multiple times to figure out when the project will begin. My calls and emails are ignored. It is very obvious that we are the small job on the totem pole and that they could care less about our project.

Horrible followup. I had to call numerous time just to get someone out to bid the job. I should have known by that experience that they were flaky. They were, they never scheduled the job after giving me a bid that i i accepted. If you don't want the job just say so, dont leave customers hanging.
