They were fantastic! I was greeted in the lot and I told them I had an appointment with Teo. They went to get him. I got what I wanted, all I had to do was tell them exactly what that was. This is a great dealership and I will return and I am sending friends to see you as well!

The finance manager processing my paperwork was incredibly patient with me and provided honest feedback relative to my purchase and financing options. He was mindful of my time and was attentive to my needs.

Awesome leasing experience with both the sales and finance person, Abel and Ivis. We were done and driving out of the lot within 1 hour and 30 mins. The whole process was made simple and pleasant.

I was having a little problem with an engine issue so I contacted the service department.and spoke to a man named Daniel, he told me to bring my car in and he would handle everything. I brought my car in and to make a long story short I needed some work done, so for the last few months Daniel has been helping me with EVERYTHING. He has gone above and beyond to fix the problems and has always been very nice and polite. He also PUT UP WITH ME AND ALL MY WORRIES so I have always told him just how thankful I am. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly personable and extremely helpful in guiding me with my purchase process. My 6 year old accompanied me during my purchase and what usually is an arduous and exhausting process, was relatively seamless.

Great service! I was in and out with no drama or problems! Everyone was very helpful and I absolutely love my car!!! I was so nervous but, the process was actually very easy and I left happy!

Let me start off by saying I have never been one to trust dealerships for anything. We left with a great car and had a really nice dealership experience. Overall, everyone seemed helpful and informative.

Abel was nice, to the point, and efficient. He was able to get us the exact Prius we were looking for and took us for test drive to make sure it's what we really wanted. He also got us started on the application process and had us ready to go with finance office in less than 30 minutes. Ivis definitely knew what he was doing as well. He went through every page we signed and answered all the questions I asked. They did their due diligence and offered a few add-on items. However, we didn't get any hard time for saying no. We got the Black Friday special as promised and expected. Overall, great experience. =)

I purchased my first vehicle from Toyota of Riverside back in 2005. It was honestly the best car buying experience I'd ever had. Dennis Mott was the car salesman and let me tell you, he really made me feel so comfortable with the purchase. As a first time buyer (even when buying a used car) you are all kinds of things: scared, nervous and excited. The Toyota of Riverside staff made certain that it was an exciting experience. The deal was finished around midnight and even with it being so late they all came outside to clap for me as I got into my "new" car. An experience I will never forget!!

I have no idea why, but the people here are the nicest folks I have met. The waiting lobby is nice, and you can look around their merchant if you like anything. They have wifi to accomodate the waiting time. If I could, I would study here because it's so nice.

I had an awesome experience here at Toyota of Riverside. I recently bought 2013 Tundra from Ion. He was friendly and the best part was that he wasn't your typical sleazy car salesman. He respected that I knew what I wanted and didn’t try pushing anything. Upon leaving, I noticed a small scratch above the wheel well. Evan, the service manager was the definition of customer service. I came back so they could buff the scratch out and he put me in a rental car (a benz at that!) and had my truck looking amazing again. I would highly recommend seeing these guys for your next car purchase!

I came to visit to get my corolla to get check because I had a check engine light to go on. I came here to get that done, and surprising it didn't take so long. The receptionist and staff was super friendly, and I felt very welcome to be here. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with their sales, and finance department. I was shopping for a vehicle with a bank approved loan already, the sales rep convinced me to apply for the zero interest rate and I got approved. They saved me over $4,000 dollars in interest, and I got my wife the car that she wanted. Gabriel the fleet manager was awesome, they explained and went through everything, and was able to get my wife her car with great warranty and everything she needs for the next 5 years. Honestly, I pay off my truck in 6 months and I will be back.

I was treated exceptionally well and felt like a VIP. They gave me a great deal on the service I had done and found some suspension part that needed replacement. It is out of warranty but the service manager did the repair for free because I was a regular customer of theirs. Highly recommend Toyota of Riverside.

i've been taking my Tacoma here for over eight years for their outstanding service, the price is usually less than quoted. Personnel are professional, trustworthy, reliable, thorough and cheerful, all are explained to you. Your vehicle is completed fairly quick as well. I wouldn't take it elsewhere. I could probably take my truck to "Joe bobs " and pay less but then play the "while we were replacing your timing belt we noticed your water pump is shot " game. I’ll take my truck to the guys that work on Toyota’s all day.
