I was on my way to volunteer at the food bank in San Bernardino. I live in Moreno Valley.
My truck was already making noises for the last several weeks. I didn't tale it to an auto shop because of finance struggles and time.

As I exited the westbound 60 frwy going on to the northbound 215 frwy I felt a tug on my
steering wheel so I pulled over. That's when my SUV stopped and wouldn't move.

I used mt iPad to find the nearest auto shop to whee I was and called several places. They were all closed because it was before 8am. After a few moments I received a call back and talked to Valente. He asked me what kind of vehicle I was driving and how far I was. Then he told me it was OK to rbi g it.

After my roadside assistance arrived and dropped me off (1 mile) it only took about 20 min for him to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost.

Although I brought my vehicle to him around 10:45 am I received a call back from Valente around 1:30 pm stating that my vehicle was fixed and ready.

I was very happy with the service also because it was Fathers Day weekend and my Dad was visiting me from out of town. The weekend could have been a nightmare but because of the fast and efficient service from VRC Auto ( and Valente) all was good.
