True. Look carefully before you buy. Check for missing and broken parts. Then save a bundle. We bought 4 fans w/o checking. Opps. took them back, got refunded no problem. Found two complete, saved over 50%. Found a farmers sink, new in the box, saved 70% so glad we stopped. Hint: go when it's cool outside. NOT in the heat.

I PURCHASED A HOT WATER HEATER FROM THIS COMPANY TWO YEARS AGO SO I RETURNED TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN ON 11/09/2014 SUNDAY TRUSTING THEY WERE AN HONEST COMPANY UPON ARRIVING TO MY DELIGHT THEY WERE HAVING A PARKING LOT/PALLET SALE ( BUY A PALLET FULL OF GREAT ITEMS FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $25.00 SOME PALLETS A BIT MORE WOW)! WHAT A DEAL I THOUGHT...YEA RIGHT!! I GOT HOME WITH THE WONDERFUL DEAL I FOUND THE PALLET TO BE FULL OF EMPTY BOXES,USED GRILL WITH NO CORD,BROKEN LIGHTS AND WHAT ADDED UP TO ANOTHER PERSONS TRASH TO BE DECEIVED IN THIS WAY IS UNSPEAKABLE THE WORKERS THERE CLAIMED THE ITEMS WERE OVERSTOCK BUT THIS WAS PLANE OLE THIEVERY AND DECEIT WE LITERALLY PAID THESE THIEVES TO THROW AWAY THEIR GARBAGE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS AND TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Our water heater stopped working and we decided to call the guys at WHD. The technician was at our house in less than an hour. He was professional and did a great job installing our new water heater unit. They gave us a very great price and they also hauled the old water heater away. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

My Water Heater starting leaking out of nowhere when i was doing laundry. I was hearing a noise for about a week and i thought it was just the heater. But then i started smelling mold. So I looked around the water and saw a leak that was coming out pretty good. The water heater depot sent a technician out right away. And stopped the leak. My water heater busted and i didn't know what i was going to do because by budget was already low because of Christmas. I told the technician my problem and he told me that they have water heaters for every budget. They gave me a great deal on a water heater that was fully functional but a few cosmetic scratches. The water heater depot really helped me out and i am truly grateful.
