The Manager At Kids Footlocker Alexis Is Rude, And So Are The Sales Associates... I Called To Exchange Shoes I Ordered For My Son's 7th Birthday Tomorrow And Was Told From 8 Different Stores That This Store Had The Shoes, Spoke With Customer Service 4 Times And Was Told They Had The Shoes, and After Calling This Store Speaking With Alexis 3 Times And Being Hung Up On the Manager Alexis Told Me The Shoes Were There In the Back And He Told me No The 1st 3 Times Because The Store Was Crowded... Got To The Store And Literally Had To Argue With This Manager Because I Was Right And Felt I Deserved An Apology After 2 Hours Of Calling Around To So Many Different Stores Because He Just Didn't Want to Look For Them! I Can't Believe The Actions Of This Manager, Which Leaves Me To Say This Store Is Horrible... The Associates On Their Phones, Bad Attitudes, Treating Their Customers Like Crap And All I Asked For Was To Exchange My Son's Birthday Shoes And Went Through So Much Because A Manager By the Name of Alexis Lied And Said They Only Sold Size 3, No Preschool Sizes, Customer Service Was Wrong And Finally He Said The Store Was Crowded And They Are The Back In Boxes! Smh
