Personality test needs to be revised. Tricky questions, that if not answered a certain way, they reject your app. The test asks you over and over if you have/do drugs, steal from employers, fake at work injuries, assault other employees, etc. If you were a saint than you would probably pass, but being honest and only answering one question slightly negative…did me in. Nothing about skills, etc. I felt like I was being interrogated by the police rather than applying for a job. Miss the days when you could talk to someone face to face and tell them about your decades of experience, worth ethics and morals...not be evaluated by a computer program someone wrote that one size fits all. Given there is a critical driver shortage, I highly recommend they re-evaluate their questions or they will not get the best experienced, honest, hardworking drivers to fill the job positions.
