Excellent Customer Service. The women on the phone was very friendly and efficient. The inspector was on time and thorough. I got my reports in a timely manner. I was able to ask questions and walk along. Never felt in the way or a bother. Overall this was probably the easiest part of purchasing our home.

Do not use this company. I had an inspection done on a house I was going to buy in Kansas in April of 2016 and Todd the inspector missed many, many issues. So many in fact I had to back out of the deal, ultimately did not buy the house, and lost hundreds of dollars as a result of this company's incompetence. Todd did not report obvious issues such as the electrical breaker panel falling out of the wall, the cracked and broken tile floor in the kitchen, the loose and unanchored banister; and that's just to name a few. Those issues and many others were not in the inspection report. I felt this company misrepresented the condition of the home. When I called the owner, Bill, he was never in and he would not return my calls. I left more than half a dozen messages for him and he would not return my calls. Nobody else at the company could help and Bill would not call back. The inspector did not stand behind his inspection and the company owner did not stand behind his inspector. DO NOT fall for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They don't guarantee anything, and customer satisfaction is not their concern. If you give them money they will not perform an adequate inspection and you will not get your money back. DO NOT allow this company to inspect your home or your potential home, you will probably be as disappointed as I was.

In response to Marcha O., so how about "Bill Kelley's 100% satisfaction guarantee"? Oh yea, that's right, you don't have to honor it if you just ignore the problem. Clearly I was not a satisfied customer. The only reason I hired "The inspection company" was to see the problems with the house I couldn't see. You failed to do that. I didn't purchase the home due to MY inspection. I saw the problems you failed to note in your report. Furthermore, I was clearly not satisfied with your service and I let you know yet you did nothing to clear up the issues. So much for that "100% satisfaction guarantee".

In response to J.H.

The Inspection Company provides professional home inspection services with highly trained ASHI Certified Inspectors. Your Inspector provided you with a detailed home inspection report on April 2, 2016 addressing both major and minor issues of the home that would be of concern to you as a new home buyer, be a safety hazard, or cost you great sums of money in repairs. You were not present during the inspection and as you know - also per the Buyer's Agreement of which you signed, an inspection is a snap shot in time. Any number of things can happen days, months, even hours after the inspection is performed.

Your calls were returned by our Inspector and he did indeed address your concerns. Per you phone conversation with the Inspector, you were informed that most of your concerns were outside the scope of the inspection and/or were cosmetic which is also out side the scope of the inspection.

The detailed report provided the opportunity to negotiate with the seller to repair/replace items of minor and major concerns. The inspection report is intended to prevent the Buyer from making a bad decision that could cost thousands of dollars. Due to the undesirable conditions of this house, a decision was made NOT to purchase the house.

The Inspection Company did not fail you. In fact, we provided valuable information concerning the conditions of the home. Phone calls were returned and concerns were addressed by the Inspector within days of the inspection. It has been over 8 months since the inspection of the home and we have not heard any feedback regarding this inspection.

Everyone on our staff is professional and helpful for ANY client that has requested an inspection be conducted on a prospective home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company failed to identify a massive termite infestation and over $60,000 worth of structural damage to the house. Then they refused to even refund my money. Go to anyone else, do not make the same mistake I did.
