My family was going on a trip and needed new brakes before our long drive. They were able to help us out fairly quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Wow for a brand new business opening the reviews here tell the story... I too will NEVER go back there. They are rip offs and cannot be trusted. I went in to have my Emergency brake looked at because it failed safety inspection. They told me that I have a rear axle seal leak, I need new rotors, pads, and new e brake pads. Which the bid was well over a thousand dollars. I asked them for a bid to fix the minimum So that I could get my sticker and it was still an outrageous amount. I told them I would have to pass, then was charged a 60 dollar diagnostic fee. I have NEVER had any sort of leak on my truck and when I got home from Big O I smelled oil all of a sudden I had fresh oil leaking from the TOP of my leaf springs, running down to I guess soak the inside of my tire. I took pics, wiped it all off and no more leak. Also, needles to say I got my E brake adjusted the next morning, a registration sticker on my truck and still have cash in my account. BEWARE!!!

Rip-off ALERT!!!

Do not use this place. My wife went to get her brand new brakes and rotors checked because they were squeaking. After an inspection, she was told that her car would need 3 of 4 engine mounts replaced and because of the engine moving so much, it had "worn out" the brakes and rotors and now they needed to be replaced again.
Total cost of repairs is $1,300.00!! I have a neighbor that is a certified mechanic and asked for his opinion and when he checked all of the above, he could not believe the "story" they told my wife.
My neighbor even asked his roommate's opinion (He works for Toyota) and they both told us that the brakes are in great shape, the rotors are brand new and that there was only one engine mount with a tiny crack but that it was NOT a safety issue. They both agreed that our vehicle was in great condition and in no need of such repairs.

FYI to all of you:
My husband went to see about tires at the NEW BIG O on 126th.
First they told him he needed all new tires (he needed two)
Then they charged him to align them
Then they told him he needed new tie-rods so he would need another alignment soon.
Then our mechanic checked it out and told us we do not need new rods and if we really did they should not have charged us $100 if they really thought we needed new rods.
We are still wondering if their tires were a ripe-off.
BEWARE!!
