Provided by YP.comNice store, but the service sucks! I dropped by the other day to pick up a Schrader valve adapter. There were 2 sales/service guys there and 2 customers looking at bikes. It was my first time in the shop, so I just looked around for about 15 minutes checking out the store, looking at the bikes and for a valve adapter. While I was looking 2 moms popped in with their kids and they just stood in line waiting for some assistance. One mom looked at her watch a couple of times and because the sales guys were oblivious to others in the store, she took her daughter and left. The other just continued to wait.
I wasn't too pressed for time, but it looked like a long wait so I excused myself and asked one of the salesmen if they had an adapter. He looked at me incredulously and said "I am with a customer, you'll have to talk to him" (the other sales guy). I apologized and walked over to the other guy. He heard the remark, but didn't respond. I was just looking for a yes or no as I didn't see any adapters and I didn't want to keep waiting if they didn't have any...
I waited another 5 minutes and then realized that me or the moms had no value in this store. We were looking for "stuff" and they paid no attention unless you were looking at a high $$$ bike. I decided it would be quicker to drive to Pleasant Grove or American Fork. AF was closer, so I ran down to the Bike Peddler. They had numerous customers and several sales guys and several techs working away. A salesman helping others greeted me and asked how they could help. I told him I just needed the Schrader valve adapter. He called back to the tech who handed me one. The salesman excused himself for a moment to ring me up real quick and I was out the door in about a minute.
So why 2 stars instead of 1? Infinite has a nice store with nice looking high dollar bikes. They just have lousy service and in one case, a very rude sales guy.
I wont be going there again... EVER!

These guys are PASSIONATE about what they do, and they LOVE taking care of the people here in Utah. I come from a non-cycling background so don't know the lingo and all of that, but Brad took the time to explain the differences and options I had and share some of his experiences. I saw Infinite Cycles at the Utah Tour de Donut last year where they gave away a TON of raffle stuff and helped out with flats etc. out on the course. Are they the cheapest around? The most expensive? I don't know, but the service and value I get from them I don't think can be bought. A+ in my book!

nice little shop, but never question them on pricing. If they think you are in doubt of your charges, plan on getting the cold shoulder. Regardless of how much you spend. Customer service for my bike was less than stellar and just as easily could have taken it to Canyon Bicycles 1 block north and gotten treated a lot better. Great if yo like attitude, Cannondale's and never question the cash register...

Buy a bike from these guys and get lifetime service on the bike. Super great guys, good selection of Cannondale. Pretty knowledgeable and very helpful. Not a chain shop - pretty personal. Got my bike from them and they have been GREAT to work with!
