The new owner doesn't have the experience that the old owner may have had, but she is making up for it in customer service and timely service. I had things in for embroidering for quite a while before the business sold. She not only got the old job done, but she managed to get a new order done for me at the same time. She is very professional in the way she is handling the situation. She will have all our business and I will be telling everyone I know to do business with her.

They embroidered our jackets for Christmas presents and did an amazing job! We really did not give them all that much direction and they turned out perfect. They were done super quickly as well. The new owners are great people, very professional, and genuinely care about each of their customers. I would highly recommend stitches!

The new owners were very on top of things. They asked exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint. I had a very large order and it was done well and very quickly, at that (especially over the holiday season). They deserve great ratings and I would recommend them over anywhere/anyone else in Fremont county.
