This sales team in this place are dishonest and do NOT abide by the contracts that they make. We had a deal that I would buy a place and they would screen in the Front Porch (cost to them is about $600) and now they don't want to do it.

I think they know that I am closing on the house I'm selling and have the movers and I'm ready to move in so they think they can be dishonest. I wouldn't deal with these people EVER!!! You can't trust a word they say.

It you really want to live in this community which seems like a nice place - buy from another sales person.

Seems like a bad unethical way to run a business especially since this place was on the market over 1 year (We have a contract that they say wasn't signed although I was there at least 4 times and asked if I need to sign something and was told "No - EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN HERE -THERE IS REALLY NOTHING FOR YOU TO SIGN"
