Office manager, Patty is rude. When I called to inquire about simple billing matter. Office policy's are very misleading. You are made to sign a form, even for a routine cleaning, that states it is an estimate, however, the vebal assurance that it's covered. If you refuse to sign their form, you will not be seen but only when you've waited weeks for the appointment, taken your kids out of school, and are standing in the office. So essentially, write us a blank check or we won't see you. I took the initiative to call to inquire about my charges and couldn't get any questions out bc Patty kept cutting me of and ended by saying "whatever" and hung up on me. Completely, completely unprofessional. I would be utterly embarrassed by having someone like this in my establishment. I will pay the charges that I called to inquire about, collect ALL of my children's records and will never recommend nor take my children to this office again. What a scam. Be warned
