I have a gown that I wanted cleaned. I took it to Summerfield Cleaners. When I got it back there was a spot on it. I took it back. The old woman who worked there said I would have to pay for it to be recleaned. "The store does not guarantee spot removal." They would not even try to removed the stain. I'm not even sure it had a spot when I took it in. Why should I use cleaners who cannot clean a garment that I paid to be cleaned. From now on I am used the cleaners on 301 in the Publix shopping center. And to make the whole thing worse she was rue about it. She did not even apologize or speak kindly to me.
