riverveiw store auto service dept,really lacks in customer service,I came in there for a simple oil change,three cars[one coming down}was told it would be a hour and a half before they could even look at,I asked why? response was " we don't have the help' one service tech,one taken money andcar info.unbelieable,I asked a lady how long she had been there,3 hours for a tire and rotation.Are you kidding me!!!Not this store the wimama store was 2-1/2 hours with a attendant turning away cars because of only one service tech.nothing but excuses and telling me that management knows and won't do anything about it,loss imoney,loss in employee confidence,loss of customers ,very poor rating
