I had 3 $25.00 gift certificates for the sportsman den, I had redeemed 2 of them since Feb, so last night my wife and me went for dinner and drinks and wanted to cash in the third certificate, well the bar maid said it has already been redeemed, I said how is that when I have it here in my hand, don't you keep them when they are redeemed. To make a long embarrassing story short they would not honor their certificate so i had to pay with my charge. And of course I did tell them I will NEVER come back again even though I have been a regular patron every weekend for quite a long time, so if you need to steal the $25.00 from me I will go elsewhere, so a heads up to anyone wanting to buy a gift certificate make sure it isn't cashed in before you want to redeem it

THIS IS MY FORTH FUNCTION WITH THEM. FOOD, SERVICE ,HELPFULNESS, OUTSTANDING. EVERYONE LOVED IT ALL FROM HUBBYS 75TH BIRTHDAY TO 2 BRIDAL SHOWERS. THE ONLY PLACE TO HAVE ANY FUNCTION. JUST OUTSTANDING............
