I setup an appointment with Advanced Van Interiors Inc for a Tuesday. Since we are located an hour and a quarter away, I asked if we could bring the van down the night before and leave it overnight. The answer was, "Yes."

The night before our appointment (Monday), we were getting ready to go and I called just to make sure they were ready for us to bring the van in around 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they were closing at 4:30 and they told me they didn't have a night box. I pointed out that I had specifically asked if we could bring the van down "the night before", and was told "yes". I had pulled 2 of our guys off a job at 2:30 in the afternoon (2 hours early) so we could get the van emptied and cleaned up for our upfitting appointment the next day. I said that to tell us at the last minute that we couldn't bring the van down after we'd pulled guys off jobs and gotten the van ready, wasn't a great way to treat a customer.

The manager got on the phone and asked when we would be down. I said about 6:30 p.m. (2 hours after they close). She VERY kindly offered to come back to meet us, take the keys, and ensure the van was locked up overnight and ready to go the next morning.

I was so pleased that they went the extra mile to accommodate us. Thank you for your excellent customer service. We are hopeful the upfit will go as well!

Update: the upfit is perfect. Everything we ordered and well put together. They went over everything with us to make sure it was all as requested. The manager, Colinda, is not only pleasant, but very funny. This was a GREAT purchase!
