Bradford Septic Tank Company completed my new septic field professionally in two days. Nick, from the Lantana Florida office, made sure the back fill and grading was smooth and even. The company also provided a free pump out while we were waiting for the permit!

Have been using Bradford for years. They have always been professional, courteous, and prompt. Needed my tank pumped out. I have a 1200 galloon septic tank. On each of the previous visits, I am charged to pump out a 1200 gallon tank. Amazingly enough, my 27 year old concrete tank apparently grew 100 gallons since the last pump out, and due to the fact that puts me into a higher price bracket, they were all too happy to charge me an additional 20%+ to what I have paid EVERY time. I mentioned to them I wasn't happy with this and as a loyal customer to please reconsider and be logical. They would rather lose my business than do what is right. Will not be using Bradford again.

EXCELLENT Service! David is the most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will forever call this company whenever I am in need and will be sure to spread the word to all of my family and friends!
