Love the unit, but even after a renewed lease, repairs have STILL not been made that should have been completed soon after move in, 14 mos ago. The maintenance guys are nice, but must be overburdened. There are some really nice people, but a lot of kids in this neighborhood are downright crazy.



-It has taken up to 2 weeks to get a toilet unclogged (boy did that smell!)

-2 weeks to get AC fixed

-Over 2 months to get pest control inside the unit. In fact, we're still waiting. I requested service as soon as I saw one tiny bug. More than two months later, the bugs are getting into our food. Management had the nerve to suggest that because I leave my kids home alone (my oldest is a teenager), the home is not cared for properly, therefore the roaches moved in. My children are none of their business, and certainly not an excuse for them not to provide promised services.

-2 bikes have been stolen

-1 skateboard has been stolen, and when we nicely asked a teenager if it was our skateboard he had, his mom's boyfriend wanted to throw down with my husband...??

-Kids from neighboring Marsh Harbor come over to harass, chase, punch kids in our neighborhood.

-Dryers never work, wasting $$

-EXCESSIVE visits by management/maintenance. I have a chronic illness that makes it very burdensome to have people showing up at my door several times a month. If I'd known they'd do this, I wouldn't have moved in. I don't even think it's legal.



I am not on section 8, and was trying to be responsible in finding housing we could best afford. I'm now wishing I'd gone for something more expensive.
