I purchased a Yukon Denali at Southwest Auto from PK. The check engine light came on before I got home, 45 minutes away. PK told me to bring in and they would fix the issue no matter cost. After 3 weeks, I was told that the warranty wouldn't cover and there was nothing they could do. Eli's story kept changing and after taking to another shop, it is getting a new engine. I have only been able to drive vehicle 4 times in the last two months. After contacting Eli again to see if they would help cover my out of pocket cost as they said earlier, I was told that they would not since they knew I would not be a future customer. Save youself a headache and go onto town to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership.
