Do not rent from these people. The two women in the office are liars! The patios are surrounded by wooden posts with rusty nails coming out of them; which are a violation of the housing code but since Roanoke Rapids is run by a bunch of low class good old boys they do nothing about anything in that town. The apartments they advertise have no screens on the windows, they are infested with insects, and the landscaping is overgrown and poorly taken care of. They will tell you they plan on making repairs and it will never happen. Do no to do business with them and DO NOT MOVE TO ROANOKE RAPIDS!!!
