My Husband And I Went To The Farmers Furniture In Roanoke Rapids To Purchase An Bedroom King Size Set.. During the process we were informed that we could not get the full bedroom set but could only be approved for the bed itself.. so we agreed to only purchase the bed.. which also we were asked if we wanted The protectant for our mattresses and we decided to go with that.. so the day come to delivery the bed and we received only the king size frame and the protectant for the mattresses but NO MATTRESSES! we call and informed them that there has been an mistake we did not receive our mattresses only the frame and the protectant!! The MANAGER MARY, Stated we did not purchase the frame and we agreed to only get the frame..( Now my husband and I prepared for the delivery and threw away our old mattresses as well as the frame!) Mary (manager) was really rude and informed me that she left a meeting to speak with my husband and I about the manner on the phone and she told me to let her finish speaking when I gave opportunity to do so already, she cuts me completely off and was rude and I did not appreciate the service! VERY VERY VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS! HEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL MAKE THEIR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SATISFY THE CUSTOMER!
