This is about an employee at Cici's Pizza located at 180 Premier Blvd. in Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870. I was eating dinner there on July 24, 2009 around 6:30pm when I noticed the employee who was making and cooking the pizzas started sweeping the floor behind the buffet counter. After sweeping the floor, she emptied the dustpan using her bare hands, touching the bottom of the dustpan with one. Afterward, she removed a pizza from the oven without washing her hands or wearing disposable gloves; she cut the pizza into slices, some of the cheese stuck to the pizza slicer, she removed the stuck cheese from the slicer and placed it onto the pizza, and placed the pizza on the buffet counter.Needless to say I could not continue to finish my dinner due to the discuss from the employees uncleanliness. I talked to the manager and reported a complaint about what I saw, and she in return said the employee was going through a lot of problems and that she (the manager) was unaware of the employees a
