I teach yoga at your location. I specialize in gentle yoga for older adults, but can also teach to athletes and students. I can help you learn to destress with simple breathing techniques you can do at home or work. I am highly trained with specialty tracks in trauma for adults and kids, diabetes, cancer, heart conditions, COPD, nervous disorders, back, athletes. I also help people with Ayurveda which is the sister science of yoga designed to keep you healthy. I am cross trained in Taichi, which is excellent for retraining balance and Qigong which is Chinese yoga and is very gentle and healing.
