The other review doesn't reflect my experience with Mr. Pierce or of the majority. He was very polite and his men did a great job. Definitely call him for any work. He won the best in the Roanoke Valley multiple times.

AWFUL! They didn't finish the job. After having asked Ricky Pierce abut how much longer it would take to finish a room that was about 10'x8' , was EXTREMELY nasty. His workers would come in for maybe 2 hours one day and come back again 3 or 4 days later. The workers were not polite. The little bit of the job they did do was shoddy, silicone around the tub has already come off. He claimed more supplies and time were spent than actually was. This man should be AVOIDED! Thousands of dollars on a tiny room not even completed! Another plumber has been called and without even saying Mr Pierce's name, after we explained the situation and how we had a falling out with the original plumber the new plumber said (and i quote) "You can't be talking about anyone else but Pierce". It's a shame how disrespectful and dishonest some people can be!
