my dad always played banjo when i was young so I took lessons from Kim Terpening. I was SO sad I had to quit to take care of my sick dad. hope I can resume lessons again soon. want to get into some more jams .....

I wanted to pick a banjo all my life. WOW now I am in the walls of time acoustic music school band! Kim helped me learn how to play Scruggs style. she makes it easy and is SO patient. I practice all the time. Just wish I could play FASTER! LOL

I NEVER thought I could play music until I met miss Kim. Always wanted to play guitar my whole life. Kim Terpening is positive and up beat. She encouraged me to try. Now I play with the jam class and I also perform at church.

My daughter has really bloomed with miss Kim. She is singing now and practicing almost every day. She loves the jam class!

love taking lessons there. I can learn from private lessons then use what I have learned in open jam class. lots of nice people and the teacher, kim, makes learning really fun.
