I am so happy that I hired Whitby Construction to ventilate my roof. My roof, chimney and attic was inspected by Mr. Whitby. I was given a detailed plan of how my attic could be ventilated and my chimney repaired. I was given daily progress updates until the project was completed. This is an excellent company, I highly recommend, you will be thoroughly satisfied with their work.

The house is over 100 yes old.The original owner wanted to make the house smaller but instead of removing the old roof they built over it.Ms.Harvey wanted to have an air conditioning system put in the attic and they told her they couldn't bc the old ceiling was to low.So she thought that was that..We talked,came to an agreement and we ended up cutting the old ceiling out section at at time while the only place to remove it was out the attic access with out cutting a big hole in the roof and having to repair that.The job turned out nice,she got her unit put in the attic so that's another happy costumer.She was a joy to work with.Thanks Mr.Harvey for the good review.
