Burger processing

Very poor plastic and ties for ground burger. Plastic nicks easily, thus making for easy contamination.

Take your meat somewhere else! We tried out Cinnamon Creek this year and we will never use them again. It took 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to and I know for a fact that deer should have yielded more meat than the little box they gave me. We tried the breakfast sausage and it was horrible. Paid $135 for minimal meat. For the love of all that is holy, take your meat somewhere else

Hands down best service and best product we have ever used. They 30-50 deer a year for my team and have never heard one complaint.

I have been going to Joe For over 10 years, even back when he owned Syracuse Meats for my game processing. The meat is always super clean, nicely sealed, and his sausage and chile are superb. I have never been disappointed, in the quality yet. I highly recommend them. Not sure what happened on the hog in the negative review, but the yield on wild hog will be 30-40%, and don't expect 65% like you get from beef..

Never again

I brought in a wild hog, a sow that field dressed at just over 150 lbs. They called a month later to say it was ready to pick up. They gave me about 25 pounds of meat.



I said that didn't seem right and the owner came out and told me that wild hogs are lean. So he pretty well blew me off. I looked at the packages they gave me and there was no way they came from my hog. The ribs and hams were tiny.



Also the processing fee was $90.



I will never go back here.
