We discovered water heater leak late on a Friday night. Called AAA Saturday morning. Got an immediate, live-person, answer and set up for service on a holiday Monday morning. AAA arrived, as agreed-on, verified that the water heater needed to be replaced. We discussed options and he provided an agreed-on price. They obtained a very good quality A.O. Smith electric heater and returned to install, professionally. Old heater removal was done without making a mess. They provided good guidance on operation and warranty information. Within a few minutes after that, the hot water was flowing again. High recommendation for AAA Plumbing Service. Good value for professional service

I had a water main line break inside my basement wall on a Saturday morning. The sevice man that came out "Ricky" was very rude when I asked him to explain how he plained to fix the problem, like what kind of material he planned to replace the broken pipe with, etc. I mentioned I may not have him do the work, due to his unprofessionalism. He stared getting an attitude and saying you owe $150 just for driving here and looking at your problem. Now there had never been any agreement verbal or on paper about service costs. I didn't feel comfortable with an upset man I didn't know coming into my house to work. He calmed down a bit after I asked him if he could calm down and talk like 2 adults. After he calmly explained what he planned to do and a rough estimate on the work, I told him to continue. Once he finished, I was expecting an invoice/bill that I could pay the following payday, he wanted payment right then. Unfortunately with this being an unforeseen emergency, I didn't have the funds readily available. I spoke with the owner of the company Mr. Bernie Hall who was willing to wait till I got paid to receive payment himself. I told him I appreciated his willingness to work with me. I also mentioned that I would not be using his company again due to the rudeness of his serviceman. He asked me to explain, but every time I tried to, he made excuses for his serviceman. If you do chose to use this company, proceed with caution.

I don't understand why a company has a worker who repeatedly promises that he will show up at a certain time, during different days, and then has the customer wait and wait even while there is no water at the house and then just shows up whenever he feels with no explanation nor apology...also has a 10 year old do some of the plumbing work but I pay full price - strange and frustrating to deal with this company...will never call them again under any circumstances...
