I am beyond pleased with the work Berglund Body Works preformed on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee after being involved in a collision. The repair process couldn't have went any smoother, and the final end result was just amazing. I am beyond pleased with the repairs which Berglund Body Works had preformed, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of body work. Thank you again for getting my Jeep back to pre-loss condition! I greatly appreciate everything.

Don and Jim were great to work with, offering suggestions on repairs with cost savings options and keeping me up to date on the progress of my car.
I was very impressed with the results, Marvin did a fantastic job on the body repairs making sure all parts were put back to perfection. Franks paint job was flawless. I couldn't have had a better experience from the time it was taken in, to the lady that completed the invoice.

I do feel like I was treated like a number and it was # 1.

I had heard a lot about Berglund Body shop in the Southwest Virginia Region. It has quite a name and thats why when I got into an accident with my Audi Q5, I chose them to get my Car fixed. The real assets of a body shop are the technicians they have and I seriously doubt if they know there job or at least it was their first time with Audi. These guys had no clue how to fix it. At first they said it will be a 3 weeks job but at the end of 5 weeks the job was still not done. And by the kind of excuses I was given for delays I seriously doubt if they did anything to the car for first 3 weeks. I believe the car was lying there untouched until the last day of their first deadline or they were doing all sorts of trial and error things until then. And this is when they did not fix any part they simply replace all the parts. I don't have anything against there customer service but the real job I seriously doubt. I would certainly not recommend anybody to go for Berglund Body Works.

We went here because they were one of two approved shops we could use by our insurance company. Unfortunately, they were anything but professional. 1) they told us the car had to wait 10 days before they could take it in so they could order parts 2) they told us the car would be done in 10 days after we dropped it off, but they called us 14 days later saying they did not have parts that they were already supposed to have ordered, 3) we went to pick up the car the 1st time but the paint was all pitted and just painted over, not done at all like anyone would want it to be, 4) they took the car back in for another 10 days and told us it was ready again, when we went to pick it up the door was not lined up, the door skin had been cut and was jagged, chip in the clear coat 5) they took it back in for another 10 days, still not done 6) they took it back in after 60 days it was done. 7) they left the old tires they replaced in the trunk for us to find two days later. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
