The location is very convenient but the care is greatly lacking.

The office is very outdated and they don't have x-ray capability here.

I took my 4 year old to be seen for neck pain and after spending 3 minutes with us, Dr. Capps said he couldn't treat my son and sent us away.

He was not very friendly or kind and seemed irritated that we were even there.

The desk clerk had no idea what to charge for our visit, so I said that our normal chiropractor charges $23 for a visit and she and the doctor discussed it and said that would be fine.

A couple weeks later, we received a bill for $117 for our 3 minute visit where we received no treatment. I called and spoke with the staff and they were very rude and said that the $117 cost was for a new patient visit.

This is extremely unethical and unbelievable to me. I can't imagine charging someone $117 for 3 minutes of time. I would never return to this practice, nor would I recommend any of my friends or family to be seen here.
