The store at towers has a lot to be desired. No help to cut fabric, long lines, associates lacking skills...the crossroads location at least had better quality employees & was managed better...what happened???

Well, they should never have closed Crossroad store as there were actually employees who waited on you there, this new store requires you take a number then wait for ages for someone to actually wait on you, at times there were 8 people in line in front of me and 3 people behind me. Still no one came to help one person waiting on all of us, I've left this store without purchase three times. I'm trying again today to see if anything has changed, hope so!
