Provided by YP.comI had an appointment for 2 health problems with a nurse practitioner. During the appointment it was difficult to talk to her because we were repeatedly interrupted by another nurse who kept calling the NP out of the exam room. Then I was prescribed 2 medications which were not phoned in to my pharmacy. When I called lewis gale back about getting my meds filled, they forgot about me AGAIN. This was the worst doctor experience of my life. DON'T GO HERE!
