I bought a 2000 jeep grand cherokee from this place about a month ago and didn't notice inspection sticker expired less than a week after I purchased the jeep. I called them to tell them it needed to be inspected and they refused to get it done even though it is state law (I have reported them to state police) when I took the vehicle to get it inspected myself it failed, needing exhaust work and a new tail light assembly. The state police had told me quantum would be responsible for fixing these items under state law. They still refused to repair until I threatened them with a lawsuit, then they fixed only the exhaust I purchased the tail light and changed it myself. Then a few weeks later I took the vehicle back to be re inspected and the mechanic came back and told me the vehicle was unsafe to drive because the dealership had installed a junkyard axle and driveshaft and they were installed wrong and on the verge of breaking. And the transfer case had been removed and reinstalled using a cheap liquid gasket instead of the required seals and was leaking really bad. Once again I had to fight with quantum and threaten to sue before any cooperation. I am currently having the vehicle repaired at a local garage now and the costs are going to quantum's warranty company supposedly. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here to anyone.

I have purchased a couple cars from them . And never had i ever had had any problems. Ever. The people at quantium are very easy to work with. Always a pleasure to do buisness with them. i love these guys . Very satisfied with the cars the service . And the stress free purchasing enviorment.

After two weeks of buying a car from this ignorant so called car dealership the car broke down and they wouldn't even fix it ! I spoke with the "owner" who orginally said he would fix it then denied ever saying that he would! Also these people that work there tell lies to your insurance.. They take your down payment then your just sol.. They have horrible customer service.. This place makes the stereotype of used car Sales a fact!!! You would be better off buying a bike then a lemon from these demons!!!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I recently purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition from them and the vehicle has been nothing but trouble. The customer service has been terrible as we have tried to have the many issues resolved. The check engine light had been disconnected so that the light would not come on. When it was taken to a different mechanic there were 12 codes that came up needing to be resolved! The vehicle completely broke down during a trip to Asheville NC not even one month after we purchased it and AFTER having the go ahead from the mechanic on sight to drive it. My father has spent hundreds of dollars on this vehicle already and as stated previously I have hardly had the car for one month.



Overall my experience with this company was not satisfactory leaving me with very poor reviews.
