Amazing, considerate, professional and great company. I'll always use Reid taxi if I'm ever in Roanoke again.

I was stranded in Roanoke at a bus station at dark o'clock in the morning because Greyhound sold me a ticket to a bus that wasn't going to show up (don't use Greyhound folks) and I needed to make it back to Richmond that day. I was pressed for time and there was no way a train would be fast enough. I had seen Reid taxi cabs driving around and I gave them a call to see if they did long distance travel. I knew it was going to be a lot because the first taxi service I called estimated nearly $400 but Danny (from Reid) took me for $300 and since it was a long ride I got to know him better than most of his passengers I suppose and it was an unforgettable experience, albeit and usual one. All around a great earnest guy who employs good people.
